About cookies
A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. Here are the ones this site uses.
Optional tools
- This site does not use any analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies, and loads no third-party tracking scripts, so there is nothing to accept and no cookie banner.
- If that changes, they will be listed here and will only load with your consent where the law requires it.
Strictly necessary cookies
The site cannot work or stay secure without these, so no consent is needed.
| Cookie | Provider | What it does | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| npeba | this site | remembers your cookie choice (only set once you choose) | 6 months |
| __cf_bm, cf_clearance | Cloudflare | security: tells people from bots | 30 minutes to 1 year |
| wordpress_*, wp-settings-* | this site | only for site staff who log in | session to 1 year |
| comment_author_* | this site | only if you comment and ask to be remembered | 1 year |
Withdrawing consent
- You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings whenever you like.
- If optional tools are ever added, a Cookie settings link on every page will let you accept or withdraw consent at any time.
